Telephone Calls
Your call will always be put through to the GP in the case of an emergency. GP’s in this practice may be contacted during normal surgery hours. If the GP is with a patient, a message will be taken and the reception staff will advise you when it is likely that the GP will respond to your query.
Our practice nurses may be able to speak with you over the phone if your doctor is unavailable. The surgery does have an email address and website address if you are unable to make contact via the phone.
