Our practice is committed to preventative care. Your doctor will seek your permission to be included on our reminder system. We may issue you with a reminder or recall letter from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care or specific follow-up services.
Our practice utilised state reminder systems such as Breastscreen Queensland, Australian childhood immunisation register and Queensland Cervical Screening Program. If you do not wish to participate in this system, please let your doctor know.
