Available Monday, Thursday and Friday at Brookwater General Practice and Saturday on rotation.
Dr Jodie Ross Graduated from her medical degree at The University of Queensland in 2009. Prior to completing medicine, Jodie completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy and worked as a pharmacist. In her junior years as a doctor, Jodie worked at Ipswich Hospital. Her enjoyment of a wide variety of medical subspecialties, plus her genuine enjoyment of forming strong therapeutic relationships with people, prompted her to seek a career in General Practice.Having a young family herself, Jodie enjoys working with young children, adolescents and women; she also has an interest in Mental Health and Chronic Disease Management. Jodie is currently going through The Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program to gain specialist recognition as a General Practitioner. After completing this pathway Jodie will gain Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Jodie has now completed the the Mater Alignment course which enables her to participate in shared care with the Mater Hospital, South Brisbane.
