This practice offers consultation by appointment, however, we do have a number of on the day appointments available from time to time, but this cannot be guaranteed on busy days. We would advise to firstly call the practice if attempting to secure one of these appointments. Our staff will endeavour to try and accommodate your individual needs.
Our standard appointments vary depending on individual GP’s. They are either 10 minutes or 15 minutes. Please check with reception staff to clarify. For more than one medical concern, please advise reception staff when booking or choose longer appointment times online.
We are a mixed billing practice.
PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE TIME-BASED AND THEREFORE ARE BILLED ACCORDINGLY:
Bulk-billed Appointments are available on Weekdays (Mon-Fri) for the following patients:
-DVA Card Holders (Gold & White Card *accepted conditions)
-Children 5 years and younger will be bulk billed on weekdays.
-Aged Pension & Health Concession Card Holders (issued by Centrelink) over 65 years will be bulk billed on weekdays.
-Careplans and Health Assessments.
Weekday billings (Monday – Friday):
-Children 6 years and up are privately charged on weekdays at a discounted rate, please note you may be entitled to your Medicare rebate.
-Concession card holders under 65 years will be privately billed at a discounted rate, please note you may be entitled to a Medicare rebate.
Saturday billings: ALL patients will be privately charged at the practice on Saturdays except patients who hold a DVA card. Please see fee structure below. Fees are payable at the time of the consultation via credit card or EFTPOS.
Please advise Reception when finalising your account if your bank details are registered with Medicare so that we may send off your Medicare Rebate claim electronically.

Please note: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without giving 24-hour notice, a charge will occur at the Manager's discretion.
Our practice can send your claim online to Medicare if your bank account details are registered with Medicare. If you prefer, a receipt can be printed for you to take to your nearest Medicare Office.
