Brookwater General Practice offers a range of medical assessments for professional and licensing purposes, including CASA aviation medicals and pre-employment medicals. Whether you’re applying for a job, renewing a license, or confirming your fitness for work, our experienced GPs can help.
We provide timely, confidential assessments that meet regulatory and workplace requirements.
CASA Aviation Medicals
Several of our doctors are Designated Aviation Medical Examiners (DAMEs), authorised by CASA to conduct:
- Class 1 Aviation Medicals – for commercial pilots
- Class 2 Aviation Medicals – for private pilots
- Class 3 Aviation Medicals – for air traffic controllers
We offer:
- Medical history review and physical exam
- Vision, hearing, and cardiovascular assessment
- Urinalysis and required pathology coordination
- ECG and audiometry where required
- Secure eCASA submission
Please bring your CASA ARN (Aviation Reference Number) and complete any online medical questionnaires via eCASA before your appointment. Our reception team can help you book with one of our DAME-accredited doctors.ven a brief conversation can be the start of better health.
Pre-Employment Medicals
We provide pre-employment medicals tailored to the needs of employers across a variety of industries, including construction, logistics, retail, administration, and community services.
Assessments can include:
- Medical history and physical examination
- Blood pressure, height, weight and vision
- Urinalysis
- Respiratory and cardiovascular review
- Musculoskeletal screening
- Drug and alcohol testing (on request)
- Functional capacity or job-specific fitness screening
- Vaccination history review (if relevant)
We provide timely documentation to both employee and employer, and can liaise directly with HR or recruitment teams if needed.
