A GP You Can Talk To
Our GPs have experience supporting people through a wide spectrum of mental health concerns — from everyday stress and burnout to more complex conditions. We offer longer appointments, a calm environment, and time to talk things through.
We can support you with:
- Low mood, sadness or depression
- Stress and anxiety
- Panic attacks or sleep disturbances
- Fatigue, burnout or overwhelm
- Emotional challenges during life changes
- ADHD assessments for children, teens and adults
- Mental health care plans (MHCPs)
- Coordination with psychologists and mental health specialists
- Medication discussions when appropriate
- Follow-up and ongoing support
We understand how personal these conversations can be. You can choose a GP you feel comfortable with, male or female.
We’ll always keep things confidential and judgment-free.
ADHD Assessments Now Available
Selected GPs are offering comprehensive assessments and diagnosis for eligible patients over the age of 16.
Under this age the team can work together to gather information and refer to specialists when necessary.
If you’re noticing difficulties with attention, focus, hyperactivity, or emotional regulation, either in your child or yourself.
We can begin with an initial discussion and explore next steps together.
Mental Health Across Life Stages
Mental health affects everyone differently. We work with patients of all ages and life stages, including:
- Children navigating school stress or emotional changes
- Teens dealing with identity, mood or screen-related impacts
- Adults balancing work, parenting, and health
- Men struggling silently with stress, anger or disconnection
- Women experiencing mood changes related to hormones or life transitions
- Older adults feeling isolated or facing cognitive changes
Everyone is unique. We’re here to help you find support that works for you.
